• CO2 thickness control is adopted the ultrasonic sensor with stable capability , fast checking speed for adaptation of the wet environment , long service life and good linearity . (Declared the nationality patent) . But the same kind of this products in the world are adopted the heat conduction and infrared . The sensor configuration of the heat conduction is simpleness and low expedition , but it is sensitive by environment influence and easy to zero drift . The infrared sensor can't work in wet incubator , so it is adopted with the outlay sensor by pump the air inside and check after freezing , and then it will send the air back to the incubator . This system has disadvantages of complex duct , high mechanical waste , hysteresis checking result and high fault rate .
Auto-control of CO2 thickness and comparison of flow are worked when a value is set , so it has the advantages of easily operation , high gas save , high precision and good stabilization .
